CURANN

Move a few records. Check them well.

You do not need to retype the whole register to explore Curanon. Begin with a fictional case, then move gradually while keeping your original records.

Before entering patient information

When a patient returns

  1. Search first to avoid a duplicate. A shared family phone number does not identify one person.
  2. Check name, age or birth date and other identifying details against the original record.
  3. Enter the relevant history and clearly distinguish a historical prescription from today’s decision. Do not invent a date you cannot recover.
  4. Retain the paper file or original export. A summary is not a replacement for a source record.
  5. Reopen the saved case and check the note, prescription, date and fee before continuing.

What is not automated

There is no automatic paper-to-record scanning or bulk importer for another clinic system yet. Do not upload a complete register to an ordinary support email. For a product question, contact dpo@curanon.com without patient details.

Keep a way out

Review the export options in Settings and check the downloaded files. Keep your originals and any documents not included in the export. Request additional access through the address above if something you need is missing.
